Day-of-Coordinator If you have planned your wedding out on your own but want to make sure it runs smoothly so that you can relax and enjoy your day, a Day-of-Coordinator is all you need. With all of the time and money you put into your wedding, most brides will say it is well worth the cost to have it all come together and be stress-free. Outdoor Setting - $500 Off the Road system - $600 Remote location- $600 + $150 per additional day Consultation If you are planning your own wedding and would just like a consultation to get you started or give you advice on wilderness weddings, I charge $100 per consultation meeting. The cost of a Full-Service Wedding is dependent on the type of wedding you wish to have. After an initial consultation, I can provide you with a quote. This meeting is simply to give me an idea of the wedding you would like and for you to decide if you would like to hire me as your wedding planner, so it can be done in-person, via video conference, or over the phone. This initial consultation is free. A La Carte A la carte Services depend greatly on the nature of the service. For example, the charge for a floral arrangement on a city beach versus one with wildflowers 3-days into a trip are, understandably, completely different. If you are interested in any of these services alone, please call to discuss your ideas and receive a quote. If you are hiring me as your Wedding Planner, these fees will be at a reduced, package rate and I can provide you with a quote after our first meeting.
